Fey S. has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. They currently hold a position as the Head of CX and People at Kredete, a personal finance company focused on helping people in Africa improve their financial situations. In this role, Fey collaborates with the team to build and develop various tools and personalized recommendations for customers.

Prior to their current position, Fey participated in a fellowship at On Deck from July 2022 to September 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Fey worked as the Human Resources Manager at OCI Travels and Tourism. They were responsible for recruiting and managing a global team, conducting interviews, creating aptitude tests, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes. They also played a role in developing a professional work environment by drafting the company handbook and working with senior management.

As a freelancer from 2017 to 2019, Fey worked as an Onboarding Specialist for various companies. Notably, they consulted with a pre-seed rideshare startup called InterCab Ng, providing technical support, onboarding assistance for drivers, and implementing a support system. They also worked with Staffbus during this time.

Prior to their freelance work, Fey served as an Onboarding Coordinator at Uber from 2015 to 2016. They supervised a team that provided technology support and onboarding assistance to partner-drivers. Fey also resolved customer inquiries and issues through various channels, including email, face-to-face interactions, and Zendesk.

Before Uber, Fey worked as an Executive Assistant at Oreola Trading Services from 2011 to 2015. Their responsibilities included resolving customer complaints, managing client accounts, overseeing store operations, handling payroll, coordinating travel schedules, taking meeting minutes, conducting stock-taking, and creating end-of-year corporate gift hampers.

Fey's earliest known work experience was as a Customer Service Agent at LUCAN from March 2009 to February 2010.

Fey S. has a diverse education history. In 2003 to 2009, Fey S. studied at Olabisi Onabanjo University (O.O.U) and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Diplomatic studies & History. Later, from 2014 to 2015, Fey S. pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Metropolitan School of Business & Management (UK).

In terms of professional development, Fey S. obtained a certificate in User Experience Design from Cornell University in 2020 to 2021. Additionally, in 2020, Fey S. acquired knowledge in UX Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Furthermore, Fey S. holds a Google UX Design Certificate from Coursera, which was obtained in June 2021.
