Heather Schott is an experienced professional in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, currently serving as the Director of DEI at Krause Group since October 2020, overseeing initiatives across various industries, including retail and hospitality. Prior to this role, Heather Schott was the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Relaxed Tie Practice, LLC, and has an extensive background with Principal Financial Group, where responsibilities included serving as Product Owner in the actuarial governance area, AD of Diversity & Inclusion, and leading a Data Solutions Architect team. Educationally, Heather Schott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Business from Morningside University.
