Karen has been with the Midtown Mall for 10 years as their Promotions Coordinator. Karen joined the Kraus-Anderson Realty Company as Midtown Mall Property Manager/Marketing Director in July of 2015. She is responsible for the daily operations of the Mall which include; budget, finances, tenant relations, tenant improvements, and maintenance staff supervision. She is also responsible for all Mall events, and marketing.

Karen has a background in family and community relations as well as public relations.

She graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in English and Communications.
