Rachad Hachem

Rachad Hachem is a culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile kitchen management roles, currently serving as Co-Founder at Kratos since November 2022. Previously, Rachad held the position of Executive Chef at SBK Holding & The Private Office of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan for six months and spent nearly five years as Head Chef at Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa, overseeing various kitchen functions and developing unique menus. Additional experience includes roles as Head Chef at Reem Al Bawadi Group, Times of Arabia restaurant within Madinat Jumeirah, Maset Al Yakout restaurant & cafe, and Carlton Palace Hotel, as well as serving as Sous Chef at Jedoudna restaurant and a Butcher at Hallab Restaurant. Rachad holds a degree in Hôtellerie from Al-Kafaàt Foundation in Lebanon.
