MengChoo Tan has a robust background in project and operations management within the defense and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Director at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions since August 2021, MengChoo Tan has previously held the positions of Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Singtel from 2001 to 2021, where MengChoo Tan advanced from Associate Engineer to Operations Manager, acquiring expertise in ISO 9001 and 22301 as QMS Management Representative and BCM Unit Representative, while also managing critical satellite operations and training new staff.
