Brett Mclaren is an experienced Software Engineering Manager at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, with a career spanning from April 2006 to the present. Brett has held multiple roles, including Software Senior Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert in Project Management at Kratos Training Solutions, effectively managing teams in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of system engineering processes and the IMI ADDIE model. Prior to joining Kratos, Brett served as a Helicopter Technician for the US Army from July 1999 to August 2005. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Networking and Telecommunication from the University of West Florida.
