Paul Benedict Andrade Advincula, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Analytical Scientist at Kraton Corporation since January 2023. Previously, Andrade was a Ph.D. Candidate at Rice University from August 2018 to January 2023, focusing on the optimization and characterization of graphene and its composites. Experience includes roles as a Supplemental Instructor at Case Western Reserve University from May 2013 to May 2018, alongside positions as a Research Assistant and Independent Researcher at various institutions, such as Case Western Reserve University, Cornell University, and Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, where proficiency in polymer synthesis, analytical techniques, and material characterization was developed. Andrade holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from Rice University and a Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Science & Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
