Maaike Susebeek is an experienced HR professional with a focus on Learning and Development. Currently serving as an HR Learning & Development Specialist at Kramp since September 2015, Maaike has also held roles as an HR Specialist and HR Services Administrator within the same company. Prior experience includes a position at Politie Nederland, where Maaike worked on HRM changes due to the reorganization into the National Police and provided support in the HRM Service & Management department. Maaike's career began at Pluryn as an HR Services Employee and Group Leader. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Personnel and Labor / Human Resource Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, alongside several MBO qualifications in human resources and payroll administration.
