Elise Carpenter is a professional with diverse experience in client delivery and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Client Delivery Lead at Kraken Technologies since September 2022, Elise previously worked at Octopus Energy in various capacities, including Complaints & Customer Happiness Specialist and Energy Specialist from March 2021 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes a position as a Mental Health Worker at Rehability UK and an Inbound Customer Service Representative at Waitrose & Partners. Elise is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science at The Open University, building on a Level 3 Diploma in Art and Design obtained from Heart of Worcestershire College. Educational background includes completion of secondary education at St. Benedicts Catholic High School.
