Ethan Francis currently serves as the PUBG Product Manager at KRAFTON Inc. since October 2021, where responsibilities include analyzing product strengths and weaknesses for the PUBG franchise in North and South America and liaising with the Korean publishing team on business performance and strategic planning. Prior roles include Esports Creative Producer, managing PUBG Continental Series: Americas events, and leading the Twitch Rivals competition show as an Esports Producer at Esports Engine. Ethan also contributed as an In Game Producer at Next Generation Esports, and gained early experience in video production and editing in various roles including as a Video Intern at UCSB Gaucho Athletics and a Lab Technician at UCSB Digital Editing Lab. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Film and Media Studies from UC Santa Barbara and a high school diploma from the John F. Kennedy Film Magnet program.
