Martez Higgins is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Team Lead at The Kraft Heinz Company since July 2022, Martez has previously held significant roles including Human Resources Director at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from November 2018 to January 2022, and Human Resources Manager at Express Scripts from May 2016 to November 2018. Beginning a career as a Human Resources Recruiter at Service Master Facilities Maintenance from April 2014 to May 2016, Martez possesses a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. Martez is also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University, with an expected graduation in December 2023.
