Johanna Raappana started their work experience as an Audit Trainee at SYS Audit Oy in January 2018. After completing their role as an Audit Trainee, they continued at SYS Audit Oy as an Audit Associate from March 2019 to June 2019. Following this, they joined Elementis Global as an Accounts Payable Accountant for two months from June 2019 to August 2019. Johanna then moved on to Adapteo Group, where they worked as an Accountant from February 2020 to November 2020. Johanna subsequently joined Monetra as an Accountant and worked there from November 2020 to March 2022. Currently, Johanna is working as an Assistant Controller at KPY Novapolis Oy starting from April 2022.

Johanna Raappana completed their education in accounting and finance at the University of Eastern Finland. Johanna earned a Bachelor's degree from 2015 to 2018, followed by a Master's degree from 2018 to 2020.
