Ritik's work experience includes working as a Business Development Manager at kPoint Technologies since September 2021. At kPoint Technologies, they are responsible for automating business processes using interactive videos. Prior to this, Ritik worked as a Finance Intern at NTPC Limited from July 2021 to August 2021. During their internship, they provided general accounting support and prepared monthly/quarterly financial analysis.

Ritik pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Lovely Professional University. Ritik attended this university from 2020 to 2022.
