Omkar Sawant began their career in 2020 as a Product Support Engineer at Ivy Mobility, where they worked from January 2020 to November 2021. omkar then joined KPOINT in 2022 as a Solutions Engineer, where they are currently employed.

From 2015 to 2019, Omkar Sawant attended the Kolhapur Institute of Technology's Institute of Management Education and Research, GOKUL-SHIRGAON, Kolhapur. omkar obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering during their time at this institution.
