Geert-Jan van Vliet is an experienced Agile coach and Scrum Master with a career spanning over a decade in various organizations. Currently serving as an Agile coach at KPN since July 2024, Geert-Jan previously held roles as an Agile coach and Scrum Master at viaBOVAG.nl and MN, respectively. Notably, during tenure at Nederlandse Spoorwegen, Geert-Jan established cross-team rituals for a newly formed cluster, resulting in a functioning PI cadence and improved processes for portfolio management and impediment resolution. Geert-Jan also has a strong background in project management and information analysis, having worked on significant projects involving SAP NS Flex and management information systems. Geert-Jan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and further education from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
