Matthijs Wijdenes currently serves as a Werkvoorbereider/projectleider at KPMS Bouwadvies, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Matthijs worked as a werkvoorbereider at Friso Bouwgroep from September 2020 to July 2023, and held multiple roles at the same company, including an afstudeerproject focused on a flexible and demountable prefab façade system for residential construction, and as an internship werkvoorbereider for a project at the Historisch Centrum Westergo in Bolsward. Matthijs began a professional career at Peter's Hout BV as a commercieel medewerker from April 2014 to August 2019, also gaining experience at Friso Bouwgroep as a werkvoorbereider in early 2018. Matthijs holds a Bachelor's degree in Bouwtechniek from NHL Stenden (2016-2020), a Middenkaderfunctionaris bouwkunde Niveau 4 degree from Roc Friese Poort Sneek (2013-2016), and a Timmerman Niveau 2 degree from ROC Friese Poort Sneek (2010-2012).
