Tonya Plachkova is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at KPMG IT Service OOD since February 2020. In this role, Tonya has held multiple positions including Senior Talent Acquisition Expert and Talent Acquisition Expert, contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of KPMG. Prior experience includes working as an IT Recruiter at Adastra Bulgaria EOOD, where Tonya specialized in Big Data and Business Intelligence solutions, as well as serving as a Recruitment Branding Communications Consultant and IT Recruitment Consultant at Easy Consult Ltd. Tonya began the career with a Human Resource Trainee position at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, both obtained from the University of National and World Economy.
