Mrinal Mazumdar has over 15 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across various roles and regions. Currently serving as Director of Recruitment for APAC at KPIT since July 2014, Mrinal has also held senior management positions focusing on recruitment for both Europe and APAC. Expertise includes managing permanent and contract-based hiring while ensuring compliance with local laws. Prior experience at Tech Mahindra involved roles in demand forecasting and candidate sourcing. Earlier positions at Global InnovSource Solutions and Candid Consultants provided foundational recruitment and HR experience. Mrinal holds an MBA in Human Resource from Mitcon Institute of Management and a BSc in Microbiology, Genetics, and Medical Chemistry from Osmania University.
