Shruthi Kamurthy has four years of work experience, starting in 2014 as a Software Engineer at Srinivasan Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. SHRUTHI then worked as a Retainer in Digital Technology at Lok Management Services Private Limited in 2018. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Deputy Unit Manager of Digital Technology at Fincare Small Finance Bank. Currently, Shruthi is working as a Senior Data Engineer at KPI Partners since June 2022.

Shruthi Kamurthy obtained their Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they obtained several certifications in various fields including PHP: Creating Secure Websites from LinkedIn in September 2020, Data Analytics Using Hadoop Ecosystem from Udemy in August 2016, Scala Programming for Data Science - Level 1 from IBM in August 2016, Apache Hive Essentials from MapR Technologies in July 2016, Apache Pig Essentials from MapR Technologies in July 2016, Big Data - Programming from IBM in July 2016, Big Data Foundations from IBM in July 2016, Big Data Spark Foundations from IBM in July 2016, and Developing Hadoop Applications from MapR Technologies in July 2016.
