Spen Nash (FIntLM, MCIPD) serves as the Head of Organisational Development & Talent at KP Snacks since August 2020, focusing on implementing strategies to enhance individual and team capabilities while attracting and retaining talent. Previously, Spen held the role of Org Development Leader, overseeing leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and talent management across the UK. Prior to KP Snacks, Spen was an Interim HR Consultant, providing HRIS implementation and executive coaching services. Spen's extensive experience at Canada Life UK includes roles such as Head of Org Development and Strategy Business Partner, where leadership development and process improvement were key contributions. Spen's career also includes significant technology management positions at Comcast NBCUniversal and Yahoo!, as well as various roles in technology management across multiple industries earlier in the career.
