Mick Phillips brings extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Factory General Manager at KP Snacks since April 2013, Mick has previously held positions including Operations Manager and Manufacturing Manager at the same company. Prior roles include Factory Manager at TICAN GROUP and General Manager at JOHN BAARDA Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of operations, health and safety, and team leadership. Mick also contributed significantly at TETLEY GB Ltd, demonstrating expertise as Continuous Improvement Manager and in various production management roles, successfully implementing improvement projects and managing large teams. Mick holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Teesside University and has a foundation in education from Cheonggang Academy.
