Vardan Stepanyan is a highly experienced legal professional, currently serving as the Managing Partner of K&P Law Firm and K&P Law Office LLC, with expertise in legal consulting and litigation in areas such as banking, finance, insurance, taxes, mergers and acquisitions, corporate issues, contracts, and foreign investments in Armenia and Ukraine. Prior to these roles, Vardan Stepanyan held the position of Executive Director at Fintrust Insurance OJSC, overseeing general management, financial reporting, and compliance, and worked as a lawyer at Harutiunian & Associates Law Office, providing legal consulting on civil and administrative matters. Vardan Stepanyan holds a Master's Degree in History and Law, obtained in 2003.
