Engin Altay has extensive experience in the mining and metallurgy sectors, currently serving as Operations Manager and Process Superintendent at KOZA ALTIN Ä°ÅžLETMELERÄ° since August 2015. Prior to this role, Engin held the position of Chief Metallurgist at TUPRAG Metal Madencilik San. Tic. A.S., a subsidiary of Eldorado Gold Corporation, from April 2008 to August 2015. Engin's educational background includes a degree from Hacettepe University, completed between 2001 and 2006, and earlier studies at TED Ankara Koleji from 1995 to 2001.
