Eder Ramos is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing and implementing IT infrastructures across various organizations. Currently serving as Partner & IT Infrastructure Manager at Kovi since December 2021, Eder oversees the planning, implementation, and management of IT systems, including security and data integrity, while leading and developing the IT team. Previous roles include Infrastructure Specialist at XP Investimentos, Head of IT Infrastructure at Loft, and IT Infrastructure and Projects Specialist at 99, where Eder demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, service desk management, and project leadership.
