Felipe Abreu de Oliveira is an experienced professional in health, safety, environment, and quality management, currently serving as Gerente de Segurança Viária at Kothe S.A. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Felipe held significant positions at Transkompa, including Supervisor de Sistema de Gestão Integrada / SSMAQ, where responsibilities encompassed the leadership of the SSMAQ department, management of sustainability programs, and oversight of operations across multiple locations. Felipe has successfully implemented numerous projects aimed at improving safety and environmental practices, led emergency brigades, and developed training programs focused on prevention and safety culture. Educational qualifications include multiple postgraduate degrees, such as a specialization in Integrated Management Systems and Sustainability, an MBA in ESG and Innovation, and a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering.
