Bhupendra Singh is an experienced professional with a strong background in product strategy and customer experience, currently serving as Vice President of Product and Customer Experience Strategy at Kotak Securities since February 2022. Prior to this role, Bhupendra was the Head of Partner Success at Freshworks, where responsibilities included strategizing programs and managing enterprise-level customers. Bhupendra also has extensive experience in the Indian Army, serving as a Major and Senior Operations Manager, with achievements in communication support strategies and managing infrastructure projects. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Management Studies from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a PGD in Cyber Laws from NALSAR University. Additionally, Bhupendra holds a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University.
