Prakash Mazumdar currently serves as Assistant to Vice President - OD at Kotak Life, a position held since December 2014, with a focus on executing Leadership Development initiatives for Mid-Senior Leaders in the Agency Vertical. Responsibilities include conducting Training Need Analysis, designing training programs, organizing and delivering workshops, managing post-workshop interventions, and evaluating training effectiveness. Previously, Prakash worked as Assistant Vice President Human Resources at Kotak Life, overseeing four verticals in the North East and managing a workforce of over 1,300 employees while leading Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement efforts. Earlier professional experience includes roles as Assistant Manager HR at EXL and Senior Executive HR at CSC. Prakash holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a BS in Physics from Cotton College.
