Kuntal Sharma is an experienced professional in the life insurance sector, currently serving as Associate Vice President at Kotak Life since November 2022. Previously, Kuntal held the position of Senior Manager at HDFC Standard Life Insurance from July 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included product pricing across various lines, team management, and stakeholder engagement. Kuntal also played a significant role in a regulatory re-pricing project, re-evaluating over 30 products within a tight timeframe. Prior to that, Kuntal worked as a Manager at MetLife India Insurance Company Limited from January 2006 to June 2012, focusing on technical pricing and product regulatory processes. Kuntal holds an Associate degree from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and the Institute of Actuaries of India, along with a BA Honours in Mathematics from Indraprastha College, Delhi University.
