Mike Peterson, MS, CMSR, AASPR, currently serves as a Sales Advisor at Korum Automotive Group since October 2020. Prior to this role, Mike accumulated extensive experience at MultiCare Health System from January 2006 to September 2020, holding several management positions including Manager of Provider Services and Recruitment and Manager of Recruiting Services, where responsibilities included leading recruitment teams, developing comprehensive recruitment programs, and enhancing the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice. Mike's earlier career includes serving 20 years as a Master Sergeant in the US Air Force, focusing primarily on Information Management and recruitment. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Human Resources, a Master’s Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Saint Leo University, along with multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and the University of Maryland.
