Rebecca Zheng's work experience includes two roles at Koru Kids, starting in July 2021 as a Product Designer and later transitioning to the role of Product Designer II in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mumbli from August 2019 to July 2021, initially as a UX Researcher and later as a User Experience Lead and Product Designer. Rebecca also gained experience as a Summer Intern at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in June and July 2018. Additionally, they served as a Summer Research Intern at UCL from May to July 2017, where they contributed to a published research paper on hearing aid user experience. In February 2017, Rebecca worked as a UCL Open Day Student Helper.
Rebecca Zheng completed their Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction at UCL from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from UCL, which they studied from 2015 to 2018. Rebecca'searlier education includes attending the Shanghai American School Pudong from 2010 to 2015. Rebecca also received several certifications, including Grade 10 Piano Completion with First Class Honours and Intermediate History and Theory Completion with First Class Honours from The Royal Conservatory of Music in October 2015. In April 2010, they obtained Junior Silver Free Skate certifications in both elements and program from Skate Canada. Rebecca also received a Scholarship Certificate from the Kiwanis Music and Dance Festival Association in May 2009 and a First Class Honours Recital - Certificate of Participation from the Ontario Registered Music Teachers' Association in February 2005.
