William Braun has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. William currently works at KorTerra, Inc. as a Product Owner since October 2021. Previously, they worked at Central Logic as a Product Owner from July 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, they had various roles at Calabrio, Inc., including Product Owner from May 2020 to July 2020, Associate Product Owner from March 2019 to May 2020, Associate Technical Writer from September 2017 to March 2019, and Technical Writing Intern from May 2017 to August 2017. Before moving into the tech industry, William worked as an Adjunct English Professor at Concordia University-St. Paul from August 2015 to August 2017, and as an Adjunct English Instructor at the University of St. Thomas from September 2014 to May 2017. William also pursued a graduate degree at the University of St. Thomas from September 2012 to May 2014. Prior to that, William worked as a K-3 Literacy Tutor at Minnesota Reading Corps from August 2010 to June 2012, and as a Lead Language Instructor at Hands Across the World from July 2009 to August 2010.

William Braun earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Huntington University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of St. Thomas from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2020.
