Steve Sabow is an experienced professional in the field of executive compensation research, currently serving as a Senior Principal and Director at Hay Group since April 2008. Steve's career includes significant roles at Mercer Human Resource Consulting as a Principal from May 1992 to September 2007, and at Towers Watson (formerly Towers Perrin) as a Senior Compensation Specialist from June 1976 to April 1992. In addition to an established career, Steve has been working part-time as an independent contractor since retiring on September 30, 2015. Steve holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Queens College and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Herbert H. Lehman College.
