Sean Harvey has extensive experience in resource management and recruitment within the consulting and professional search sectors. Currently serving as Resource Manager for Assessment & Succession at Korn Ferry since October 2014, Sean focuses on building effective client teams and optimizing consultant deployment while acting as a subject matter expert for the internal Resource Management system. Prior roles at Korn Ferry include Resource Manager for North America and recruiter for the Consumer Practice. Earlier experience includes serving as RPO Manager at WheelHouse Resource Partners, where responsibilities included client engagement, team management, and recruiting audits. Sean began a career in customer service as Grocery Manager at Brookshire's Grocery Company. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas.
