Scott Riedel is a seasoned project manager within the life sciences and healthcare operations sectors, currently employed at Korn Ferry since July 2021. In this role, Scott leads, coaches, and develops a diverse team of recruitment professionals. Prior to this, Scott served as a lead physician recruiter at OhioHealth from March 2017 to July 2021, focusing on recruiting physicians across multiple service lines within a prominent hospital system. Scott's extensive experience includes over 16 years as an executive recruiter at Buckman Enochs Coss and Associates, where duties encompassed various aspects of healthcare recruitment. Earlier career experience includes managing group annuity accounts at Nationwide Insurance from 1994 to 2000. Scott Riedel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University.
