Sarah E. Flynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, facilitation, and assessment. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Korn/Ferry International since 2006, Sarah has previously held leadership roles including Vice President at LeaderSource and Manager of Selection and Assessment at St. Paul Travelers. With a background that includes positions at Personnel Decisions International and Taco Bell, Sarah has developed expertise in behavioral interviewing, competency modeling, training design, and balanced scorecard operationalization. Sarah holds an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a B.A. in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College.
