RJ Heckman, Ph.D. serves as Vice Chairman and President of Leadership and Talent Consulting at Korn Ferry, a position held since May 2013. Prior to this role, RJ Heckman was President & CEO of PDI Ninth House, a Korn/Ferry Company, from June 2008 to January 2013, and held various positions at Korn Ferry from June 1999 to June 2008, including VP, GM, and Board Director with P&L responsibility for two global business units. Earlier in the career, RJ Heckman was Corporate Manager of Leadership Development at Honeywell from 1997 to 1999 and a Senior Employee Relations Representative at Graco from December 1990 to September 1994, with full generalist responsibilities for over 400 employees. RJ Heckman earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa and holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
