Perla Ruiz currently serves as CFO for México y Centro América at Korn Ferry since July 2015, with responsibilities encompassing financial reporting, banking relationships, compliance, legal affairs, human resources, and technology oversight for a team of 16. Prior to this role, Perla Ruiz held the position of CFO for México at Korn Ferry from 2008 to 2015 and directed Ruiz Sánchez Contadores, a personal accounting firm, from 1990 to 2010. Perla Ruiz also served as Director of Finance and Administration at Crabtree & Evelyn (2006-2008), managing various administrative processes, and as Controller at BMW Group (1998-2006), where Perla Ruiz was instrumental in opening operations and implementing control measures. Perla Ruiz holds a degree in Contador Público from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
