Peg Oerter SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR operations and management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Salo since April 2022, Peg previously held positions at OTG Management, including Vice President of Human Resources from October 2014 to April 2022, where leadership and operational responsibilities were reported directly to the Chief Operations Officer. Peg received OTG's MVP Award in 2018 and has also served in various HR roles at ECMC and LOFTech Prototype Mfg., LLC. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
