Pamela Harris, MBA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in benefits management and compensation. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Salo, a Korn Ferry company, since January 2023, Pamela has previously held roles such as Director of Benefits at Ob Hospitalist Group and Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Ogletree Deakins. With a long tenure at Boral Industries Inc., Pamela progressed through various positions in HR, compensation, benefits, and accounting. Pamela holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on General Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, both from Augusta State University.
