Maria D. Cole, MPA, CPRP, currently serves as the Director of Healthcare Partnerships at MSH, a global tech and talent solution consulting firm, since September 2021. In this role, Maria focuses on building clinical teams and developing business strategies to enhance community healthcare delivery, particularly for healthcare clients within ten years of establishment. Prior to joining MSH, Maria held several positions at Borgess Health from July 2011 to September 2021, including Senior Physician Recruiter, where responsibilities included collaborating with hospital leadership on physician recruitment strategies, and Fellowship Program Coordinator, overseeing an ACGME accredited Interventional Cardiology Fellowship. Maria began their career at Borgess Health as an Administrative Assistant, managing patient scheduling and providers' appointments. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Services, both from Western Michigan University.
