Joanne Vega, SHRM-CP, is a managing consultant in the Consumer Practice for North America at Korn Ferry since May 2021, where the focus is on aligning strategy and talent for enhanced performance. Prior to this role, Joanne served as a senior recruiter at Korn Ferry, achieving recognition as the top recruiter globally in the first year with a 90% placement success ratio. Earlier experience includes positions at Michael Page from April 2018 to May 2021, culminating in the role of managing consultant for the West Coast, along with various recruitment consultant positions in both the West and East Coast and the Tri-State Area. Joanne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Penn State University.
