Florian T. Wagner serves as the Country Head of Consulting for Switzerland and Austria at Korn Ferry since July 2013, leading a team of 20 Leadership Consultants in areas such as Organizational Strategy, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching. Previously, Florian held leadership roles within Korn Ferry's Assessment and Leadership Development practice and successfully drove performance in the Advisory business across the Alpine Hubs. Prior experience includes consultancy at xcg executive consulting group ag and a position as a Police Psychologist with the Municipal Police of Zurich. With an MBA from Hult International Business School and a Master's in Organizational Psychology from the University of Zurich, Florian also represented Switzerland as a Duathlete in international competitions.
