Don Drees is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Practice Director at Korn Ferry since January 2023, Drees previously held the same position at Patina Solutions, where the focus was on delivering executive experience on demand to enhance client success. As the founding President of Seton Catholic Schools from April 2015 to April 2019, Drees established a network of 11 elementary schools in Milwaukee. Prior to that, Drees led Drees Business Services, aimed at improving outcomes for urban Catholic schools. Drees' lengthy tenure at Accenture from 1985 to 2013 included roles as Managing Director, COO, Client Account Executive, and CFO, overseeing large-scale operations and financial management for major clients. Drees holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
