Cherrie Lou Bonilla is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Regional Resourcing Manager for Asia Pacific at Korn Ferry since May 2013. In this role, Cherrie Lou Bonilla collaborates with internal consultants and an external network to optimize talent deployment across various solution areas, including leadership development and organizational strategy. Previously, between January 2011 and April 2013, Cherrie Lou Bonilla worked as a Project Coordinator at PDI Ninth House, overseeing the facilitation of assessments for clients. Additionally, from October 2008 to October 2010, Cherrie Lou Bonilla held the position of Human Resource Manager at DMMA College of Southern Philippines, where responsibilities included recruitment and policy development. Cherrie Lou Bonilla holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Ateneo de Davao University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines.
