Ashley Youngs Cooper has extensive experience in healthcare and business development roles, currently serving as Vice President at Korn Ferry. Previous positions include Director of Healthcare RPO Operations and Senior Director Client Services. Ashley held the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Piedmont Medical Center and was a Business Development Executive at Tenet Healthcare. Furthermore, Ashley has experience as Director of Physician Recruitment and Director of Business Development at HCA Healthcare, as well as serving as Territory Sales Manager at DJO. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Miami, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
