Mathilde Jo Jeppesen is an experienced HR professional currently working as an HR proces- og systemkonsulent at HOFOR since June 2024. Previously, Mathilde served as a proceskonsulent in both the Proces & Performance division at PFA, focusing on the development of training programs in insurance and health, and participated in the PFA Graduate Programme. Prior HR roles include HR-koordinator and HR-assistent at Dansk Miljørengøring A/S, where Mathilde was responsible for core HR processes and project leadership. Mathilde's early career includes positions such as producer assistant, servicemedarbejder, and zumbainstruktør, showcasing a diverse skill set. Mathilde holds a master's degree in psychology from Københavns Universitet and has completed additional coursework at Copenhagen Business School.
