David Johnstone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate advisory and strategic business services. Currently serving as a Partner at KordaMentha since November 2012, David has also held the role of Associate Director - Strategic Business Services on secondment at National Australia Bank from October 2013 to September 2014. Prior positions include Manager at Vincents Chartered Accountants and Senior Accountant at KPMG Advisory, both focused on corporate advisory. David holds a Chartered Secretary qualification in Corporate Risk and Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia and has completed various other educational programs, including a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from James Cook University and courses in financial modeling, business valuation, and mortgage broking.
