Jan Jansen is an experienced researcher specializing in entomology and sustainable practices in aquatic environments. Currently serving as Research Project Lead at Koppert Biological Systems since May 2018, Jan previously held positions as a Junior Researcher in entomology and Project Employee at GIFAS, along with a role as an Intern at NIFES. Jan's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Wageningen University & Research and a Master's degree in Biology from the University of Bergen, complemented by additional research at Wageningen University related to sustainable shrimp farming in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam through the ALEGAMS project.
