Andrew Tillapaugh serves as the Assistant General Counsel and Director of Compliance at Koppers Inc. since February 2020. Prior experience includes over thirteen years at Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote as a Shareholder and a position as an Attorney at Jones Day from April 2004 to November 2006. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Dickinson Law obtained between 1999 and 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hamilton College, completed in 1999.
