Julia Winterflood is a freelance writer, editor, and translator specializing in Indonesian to English translation, with a focus on business, development, tourism, the environment, and culture in Indonesia and Southeast Asia since December 2014. Julia has contributed to notable publications such as The Economist and National Geographic and has edited policy documents for various international organizations. Experience includes serving as a communications consultant for Kopernik, a PR and communications consultant for Outpost, and head of content for The Bali Beat. Julia has also held roles in international media for the Ubud Writers & Readers Festival and in communications for Yayasan Rama Sesana and SEAMEO QITEP. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Australian National University.
